There Are Make or Break Moments in Your Biotech Journey

Systemic obstacles, hidden risks, and mounting pressures all converge at critical points in your biotech journey. These aren’t isolated points in time — they build on each other. By the time you reach launch readiness, success depends heavily on the choices, trade-offs, and actions you’ve taken in earlier stages.

Our client partners describe us as their trusted advisor, integrator, and capable set of extra hands.

Our Business Approach

Built for the realities of emerging biotechs.

  • Always. I insist on investing time up front to understand your situation; and for you to understand me. Our discovery process is free, including a written analysis with observations and recommendations. Of course, we’ll both need to invest time together - clients find it valuable. Afterwards, you’ll receive the Situation Analysis whether or not you choose to hire us.

  • Every client has more needs than budget. Together, we shape the scope so we can deliver the most value possible for what you’re willing or able to invest. Often, we start with a short, low-cost engagement to manage risk and produce value, especially if we haven’t worked together before. The Leadership Guided Discovery, Product Path-To-Patient and Patient Success Journey are three examples.

  • As partners, not a transaction. We author contracts together with fixed-fee pricing — no hourly creep, no timesheets, no surprises. This allows us both to budget reliably and removes the pressure of an hourly cap that can keep us out of critical conversations. If your situation or objectives change, our first instinct is NOT a change order, we’ll simply talk and figure it out together.

  • If third-party expertise is required within our project, we contract them directly so we’re accountable for their contributions and outputs. If you need to engage an outside firm for a separate project, we’ll help you select the right one, make introductions, and support the contracting process — no strings attached.

  • Of course - it’s critical. We don’t hide behind “intellectual property.” Three reasons: I want you to understand how we think; most of this is common-sense, not magic; and our real value lies in applying these tools, models, and methods to your unique situation.

  • No. The type of work we do only succeeds if you choose to hire us. You have to buy-in because you’ve experienced how we work, I’ve earned your trust, and you believe we can deliver value. If you want us to continue helping you after a project is complete, I trust you will ask.
